As we continue to make adjustments to our way of life and the way we serve one another during this time, TAN Healthcare has expanded healthcare visit opportunities to include Telehealth Services. Telehealth Services can include both visits with your Primary Care Provider over the phone or via the internet/computer. Though we won’t be able to engage you face to face (for now), we do want to continue to support you and your family with your healthcare needs. Your provider will make the determination on whether or not your visit is appropriate for telehealth. If the provider decides, a face to face visit can be scheduled.
How does Telehealth work?
If you have a phone (house or cell) or computer with internet service, you can take advantage of the Telehealth Services. All you have to do is:
○ Call us to make your appointment.
○ Determine if you want to use the phone or computer.
○ Make sure you have an email address and internet if you choose Tele-Visit.
It’s really that simple! We know that COVID-19 is really taking a toll on all of us. We are doing all that we can to continue to provide quality, affordable and timely care for you and your family.
